What happens to my footage if I leave Dendrix?

Your footage remains available through the Migration Services program.10

Can prices change during the term?

Prices are locked for the period shown for your tier. After that, prices follow annual plan alignment.9

Can we end the contract early?

The Officer Safety Plan is a five-year term. Early termination is handled under Section 19 of the Terms of Service.

Do we own the cameras?

Hardware is provided as part of the plan and refreshed on schedule. Ownership remains with Dendrix so that refreshes can happen without procurement.
