Arc 10 energy device lit in yellow

Arc 10

Less lethal. Fully logged.

Two cartridges, a range estimate on the display and a deployment log that writes itself. Every pull starts every Sentry in range.

Three Arc cartridges, one open to show the probes

Every cartridge has a name.

Each cartridge carries a serial that is written to the log the moment it is fired, and replaced automatically under the Cartridge Replenishment Plan.

Cartridge Replenishment Plan.

Duty and training cartridges are shipped automatically based on your agency's deployment history.

  • Duty cartridges replaced after every logged deployment
  • Training cartridges allocated per officer per quarter
  • Expired cartridges collected at refresh
  • Volume pricing for agencies above 40 deployments a month

The Cartridge Replenishment Plan is billed per officer per month. Cartridges not used in a quarter do not roll over.

Deployment insights.

Every Arc log feeds an agency report, so supervisors can see how Arc is used across a shift, a unit or a year.

  • 23:00 to 02:00The busiest deployment window across all agencies in 2025.
  • 61%Of deployments happen within 30 seconds of a foot pursuit ending.
  • 23% fasterTime to first cycle for officers certified through Dendrix Academy.1
  • 1 in 9Deployments extended past the standard cycle.2

Safety information.

Arc devices are designed to reduce the likelihood of serious injury compared with other force options. Arc devices are not risk-free.

Deployment may cause pain, falls, muscle contraction, burns, puncture wounds, secondary injury from falls, and other effects. Risk may be increased for persons who are small, elderly, pregnant, impaired, in poor health, elevated, wet, near flammable materials, in moving vehicles, or in water.

Repeated, extended or simultaneous deployments may increase risk. Agencies should set policies on cycle length and repeat deployments.

Arc devices should be used only by trained personnel in accordance with agency policy and applicable law. Training is available through Dendrix Academy.

Deployment logs record device events. Device events do not establish what occurred.§

Range, effectiveness and cartridge performance vary with clothing, distance, angle, movement, weather and firmware.

Arc devices are not firearms.
