Trust is the product.

Agencies rely on Dendrix to hold the record. These are the principles we hold ourselves to, and where to find out how we are doing.

Our principles

  1. 01

The record belongs to the agency.

Agencies own their footage. Dendrix stores, processes and optimizes it on their behalf.‡

  2. 02

    Every action is logged.

Views, shares, redactions and exports are written to an audit log that agencies can review.§

  3. 03

    People review what AI produces.

AutoScribe drafts are reviewed and signed by an officer. Hivemind alerts are reviewed by a supervisor.

  4. 04

    Communities have a voice.

The Ethics and Community Advisory Board includes a community representative.1

  5. 05

    We publish what we can.

Our Transparency Report is updated annually.

Responsible AI Council.

An internal council reviews new AI features before release. The council includes Product, Legal, Sales and Responsible AI Communications.
