On 10/21/2026 at approximately 1410 hours, I responded to a report of a disturbance at the Sandy Shores Boat Launch. On arrival, I observed the subject standing near the water.
I identified myself and asked the subject to step away from the water. The subject appeared agitated and made a sudden movement toward his waistband. I gave several commands, which the subject did not follow.
The subject's demeanor indicated an intent to flee. At 1413 hours, I deployed my Arc device.
