Dendrix is aware of reports concerning a metadata display inconsistency affecting certain Sentry 3 devices‡.
In some cases, the duration shown for a recording may not match the duration of the footage available for that recording. Dendrix has reviewed these reports and has found no evidence that footage was intentionally removed.
Firmware 3.8.2, released in October 2021, improves how recording durations are displayed. Agencies with questions about specific recordings may contact their Public Safety Advisor. Access fees may apply.
This matter is ongoing. Dendrix cannot comment further on ongoing matters.
Update, February 2024: Dendrix continues to monitor this matter. The status of this item can be viewed on the Dendrix status page.
